To Charm A Knight

An exciting story of romance, adventure, time travel and a magic amulet, To Charm A Knight doesn't disappoint. Thrust from 21st Century Seattle into 13th Century England, Victoria Desmond is one angry woman, angry at her boss for getting them into this mess in the first place, and angry because she is secretly thrilled that they are actually going to see some real knights in shining armour.

Only things start going wrong as soon as they arrive. Her boss, Walter Harrington, is kidnapped by a local landowner and imprisoned in the tower and it's up to Victoria to rescue him, aided by a knight coming to her aid. Only this knight's armour is decidedly rusty and he doesn't smell much like a knight either. Can she really trust him, or does he have his own agenda?

The sparks fly between the two of them almost as soon as they meet, and it is easy to see why Victoria falls for him, and the love scenes are well handled, no closed doors here.

When the magic of the amulet is finally revealed, it makes for a true fairy tale ending, something lacking in so many books these days. So if you've ever dreamed of being whisked away by a knight in armour, shining or otherwise, this is one for you.
