A New Twist on an Old Tale

Kailen James, a young woman suffering from terrible seizures which leave her physically and mentally drained, laves her home in the Appalachian mountains and into the city of New Orleans, on a quest to find out about her true nature.

Romance is the last thing on her mind, but her body has other ideas when she meets dark and handsome stranger Marc. Trusting him on an instinctual level, she follows him deep into the forests, to the woman Marc is convinced can help her.

There she finds the answers to her questions, but also another man.

True Nature is a story of a young woman's quest to find out about herself and her roots. And how it's not just who we are, or who we were that matters, it's who we become as well.

It grips from the first page, with poetic writing and vivid descriptions, bringing the characters and scenes to life. You could almost feel the heat and humidity, smell the scents described. The love scenes were tastefully done, without resorting to foul language to describe the act.

There are a few little spelling/grammar errors, but nothing that would detract from such a good story. Very imaginative.
